PLEASE NOTE: Outdoor stallholders (only available between May and September):

- You are required to bring your own table(s) and can erect a temporary gazebo.
- Total stall area must not exceed 9m2 (3m length x 3m width)
- Those who have booked an outdoor stall may only change to an indoor stall on the day subject to space and a £5 surcharge.

PLEASE NOTE:

Your stall will only be fully confirmed when we have received BOTH your booking form and payment. If we have not received payment within 1 week of the fair we reserve the right to offer your stall to another exhibitor.
